TLCS Intranet is a robust intranet solution that helps with the telecom company’s operations and enhances productivity. It was developed as a personalized solution to tackle the specific needs of our client, and, apart from communication and collaboration, it provides easy access to company resources and information.

TLCS, a growing company providing telecommunication services to small communities, faced significant challenges in managing internal communications, employee engagement, and resource accessibility. With over 200 employees spread across multiple locations, the company recognized the need for some kind of solution to manage the operations better.  This decision led to numerous surveys and interviews with employees to identify pain points and requirements, careful analysis of existing communication tools and workflows, and, finally, the development of a personalized intranet tailored to the specific needs of their workforce.
